Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Danbury-based space program within ARKA Group's Danbury Mission Technologies. You will direct an integrated product team to deliver high-reliability electronics, sensors and data processing products for national security missions.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD/space, EVM expertise, and strong cost/schedule control, along with a proactive, risk-aware leadership style. Clearance is required or eligible. Advanced degree desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD and space programs from development through sustainment.
• Strong understanding of EVM, cost accounting and progress reporting.
• Knowledge of finance, contracts and export regulations.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Lead an integrated product team and coordinate with functional leaders.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
• Manage CAMs and ensure effective cost control and risk mitigation.
• Lead program reviews and ensure timely OTD and continuous improvement.
• Interface with senior leadership and customers to ensure mission success.
