Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a seasoned Program Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration of service commitments at the Space Station Development Facility in Houston. You will drive master planning, risk management, and cross-functional interface work with engineering, operations, and business teams.

The role reports to the VP of Mission & Commercial Services and requires a strong track record in complex aerospace programs, with PM certifications preferred and a willingness to work on-site at

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive program/project management in aerospace/defense/complex tech.
• Proven track record of large-scale integration for multi-year missions.
• Deep expertise in IMS, EVM, and risk management.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a for-profit service model.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Master Plan/Schedule development and baselining for major missions.
• Act as bridge between Mission Services and Platform Development; negotiate capabilities.
• Direct Execution Reviews, manage dependencies, mitigation of risks to schedule/cost.
• Oversee lifecycle stage-gate reviews and change-control for commitments.
