Job summary

Blue Origin, partnered with Varstaff Staffing, seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage suppliers and procurement activities for spaceflight systems development.

You will prepare RFPs/RFQs, analyze prices, and develop negotiation strategies while overseeing LTAs, FFP, T&M, and cost-type contracts. Expect to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of production materials meeting performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with aerospace/space industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR, AS9100 standards, and engineering data/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and procurement activities to support spaceflight systems development.
• Prepare RFPs/RFQs, perform price analyses, and develop negotiation strategies.
• Own the full procurement lifecycle from requisition through final invoice resolution.
