Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a Program Manager for the Spaceport Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations (SIMO) program at NASA Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, FL.

The role leads a large, multi-disciplinary facilities and infrastructure portfolio, driving performance, budgets, safety, and customer relationships, while mentoring a managerial team to deliver contract objectives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Ability to lead a large, complex facilities and infrastructure program.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• NASA or Kennedy Space Center experience preferred.
• Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall SIMO contract performance to meet scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop and execute program plans, strategies, and performance controls.
• Coordinate work scheduling, labor/equipment allocation, and resource planning.
• Interface with Contracting Officer, NASA management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contract requirements.
