True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Mechanical Assembly Integration & Test Technician to support mechanical assembly, integration, and environmental test operations for component and system level hardware in Centennial, CO. This hands-on role blends building sub-assemblies, installing components, and environmental testing including TVAC and vibration tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical integration, assembly, and test.
• Mechanical component installation and sub-assembly build.
• Component-level environmental testing.
• Thermal vacuum (TVAC) testing.
• Vibration testing (sine, random, shock).
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Experience with precision hand tools and torque tools.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Integration & Assembly: install components, build sub-assemblies, and align fixtures per drawings and travelers.
• Perform assembly, integration, and disassembly of hardware and subsystems.
• Support test campaigns, fit checks, and hardware prep during down time.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve fit and build issues.
• Environmental Testing: set up and run TVAC, vibration, and shock tests; troubleshoot.
• Maintain calibration records and equipment logs for test facility compliance.
