SEAKR Engineering, Inc. in Centennial, CO seeks a Senior Space Electronics Systems Engineer to spearhead the design, development, testing, and qualification of mission-critical electronics for next-generation space products.

You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, mechanical, power, and software teams to deliver radiation-tolerant, high-reliability avionics that meet stringent requirements. The role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite at our facility and 2 days remote, a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years in space systems engineering, or 4+ years in senior roles.
• Deep knowledge of digital/analog design and radiation mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Define and validate avionics architecture and design for space systems.
• Select components (COTS/rad-hard) meeting mission specs.
• Lead hardware development, prototype to production-grade manufacturing.
• Design and execute system-level tests (EMI/EMC, vibration, thermal, functional).
• Maintain ICDs/EIDs and coordinate cross-disciplinary interfaces.
• Produce design specs, test procedures, and operator manuals.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews.
