Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of systems engineering experience, preferably in space/defense.
• Strong knowledge of digital/analog mixed‑signal design; familiarity with radiation effects and mitigation.
• Experience implementing electrical, EMI/EMC, thermal vacuum, vibration, and functional test plans; interpret test data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement avionics, payload electronics, power‑distribution, and environmental control systems.
• Develop derived specifications, block diagrams, and support test planning.
• Research and select COTS or rad‑hard components to meet mission specs.
• Prototype hardware and support production‑grade manufacturing.
• Execute system‑level tests and analyze results for design feedback.
• Maintain ICDs and coordinate interfaces with hardware, power, software, and mechanical teams.
• Prepare design specifications, test procedures, and operational manuals.
