Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Sr. Electronics Design Engineer for our U.S. client in Blacksburg, Virginia.

This onsite role focuses on designing and developing electronic hardware for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications, with relocation assistance available. The position involves creating schematics and PCB layouts, performing hardware integration and verification, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systems.
• Experience designing hardware products from concept through testing and implementation.
• Familiarity with circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, system integration, or hardware verification.

Responsibilities

• Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Support technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviews.
• Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements.
• Develop engineering test requirements and unit-, subsystem-, and system-level test plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
