Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience developing electronic hardware products.
• Experience moving designs from concept through testing and implementation.
• Familiar with circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, or hardware verification.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
• Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Support project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, and design reviews.
• Ensure traceability between customer and system requirements.
• Develop test requirements and plans at unit, subsystem, and system levels.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout product development.
• Contribute to new technologies and processes meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals.
