Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher; ABET accreditation required or recognized equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with gate reviews, change control, and cross-agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide project reporting to stakeholders across NASA centers and programs.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule with milestones and risk tracking.
• Manage project budgeting and financial reporting, including budget meetings and status updates.
• Conduct gate and stakeholder reviews with technical teams and management.
• Oversee governance through change control and configuration management across multiple teams.
