Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Acquisition Associate to provide senior‑level program management support to the United States Space Force, spanning program planning, execution, space systems sustainment, lifecycle acquisition, portfolio integration and senior leader decision support.

The role requires 12+ years in acquisition management, direct experience with Space Force/DoD programs, and strong analytical skills using PM tools such as PMRT, CCaR, SMART, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in program and acquisition management.
• Direct experience supporting U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force acquisition programs required, with complex acquisition activities.
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM Advanced certification or equivalent DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate cost, schedule, technical performance, and programmatic data to assess execution and requirements.
• Plan and execute acquisition, modification, modernization, and sustainment activities through lifecycle.
• Develop and coordinate acquisition strategies, decision papers, briefings, reviews, and staff documentation.
• Prepare and staff statements of work, performance work statements, and related documentation for reviews.
