Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Big 4 Public Accounting, risk consulting, or SOX
• CPA is required; CIA or MBA is a plus
• Willingness to travel to Atlanta, San Diego or Mountain View offices 3x per week

Responsibilities

• Advise control owners on SOX requirements, risk assessments, and control design.
• Develop and execute project plans for SOX readiness initiatives.
• Draft and review risk and control matrices (RCMs) and control narratives.
• Design and execute testing to ensure adequate control evidence and coverage.
• Support deficiency evaluation, root cause analysis, and remediation monitoring.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting leadership to ensure timely decision making.
