Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Professional, SOX Lead to design, test, and improve IT general and application controls supporting SOX compliance. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure a clean control environment and drive remediation across the organization.

The role emphasizes control testing, evidence submission, and integration with ERP systems, cloud environments, and ongoing regulatory changes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT audit, IT controls, SOX compliance experience.
• Experience with ITGC design and testing across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with COSO 2013, COBIT, PCAOB standards, and SOX 404.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX IT scoping, risk assessment, and control rationalization.
• Design, document, and maintain ITGC frameworks and SoD controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and Internal Audit for SOX requests and evidence.
