Job summary

Driven Brands, a leading North American automotive services company headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Manager, SOX Compliance to advance ICFR governance and strengthen the second-line SOX program.

You will lead remediation workstreams, coordinate with Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and external auditors, and deliver timely, quality evidence and status reporting to senior leadership. Strategic and hands-on leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SOX, internal controls, or public company compliance.
• Deep knowledge of 302/404, COSO, PCAOB expectations.
• Experience leading remediation workstreams in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate SOX program activities end-to-end.
• Provide independent oversight over remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain SOX dashboards and governance materials.
