You will lead the SOX program and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SOX compliance experience, preferably in both Big 4 and in-house roles.
• Proven experience designing and managing SOX compliance programs.
• Deep understanding of COSO, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company’s SOX program for business process controls.
• Collaborate with process owners to maintain effective controls.
• Coordinate annual SOX risk assessment and testing strategy.
