Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation seeks a dedicated Sous Chef for our Silver Dollar City operations in Branson West, MO. You will supervise kitchen staff, assist the Executive Chef, and ensure high-quality food production, safety, and compliance with company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in a sous chef/senior culinary role, a culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred, and strong leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of sous chef or similar restaurant/banquet experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Lead with Love qualities rooted in company culture.

Mansioni

• Assist in conducting food inventories.
• Manage kitchen staff and scheduling to maintain staffing levels.
• Assist Executive Chef with HR functions.
• Assist in ordering food and kitchen supplies; manage Crunchtime setup.
• Demonstrate and teach proper cooking methods for guest experience.
• Ensure safety training and food safety standards are followed.
• Supervise production of food according to menu specs and quantities.
• Ensure quality and plating, and maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Support continuous improvement through audits and standards.
