Job summary

Eurest in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef. You will help prepare and cook foods and coordinate the activities of cooks and other food-service associates, stepping in for the Executive Chef when needed.

The schedule is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a fixed pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Five to ten years of culinary experience are required, and online applications are accepted only at Navy Federal Credit Union.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.

• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; keeps workstation clean.
