Qualifications

• A.O.S. degree or culinary certificate with relevant experience.
• High-volume kitchen management and catering experience are assets.
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Comfort with computer use including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision, preparation, and cooking of various items.
• Support menu development with the Executive Chef and culinary team.
• Help manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Plan and execute catering events and roll out culinary programs.

Education

A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate
