The candidate will contribute to developing daily menus, manage kitchen operations, and potentially supervise hourly associates in coordination with the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary/kitchen management roles.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assist Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
