Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Partner to lead expenditures exceeding $100,000 across Direct Materials, Indirect Goods, Professional Services, Fleet, and CAPEX. You will partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies, optimize costs, and drive supplier performance while ensuring compliance with policies.

The role oversees the full sourcing lifecycle from category strategy to contract management, delivering measurable value through cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related discipline.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for expenditures over $100,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for expenditures exceeding $100,000 across multiple spend categories.
• Develop and execute category management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements to achieve cost savings.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFI/RFQ/RFP and contract execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective action plans as needed.
