Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking a Director, Supply Chain to lead enterprise sourcing strategy across direct and indirect spend, and to drive supplier quality, performance, and risk management in partnership with Legal, Finance, Operations, Quality, and other COEs.

You will build supplier scorecards, lead negotiations, and develop continuity initiatives to align supplier capabilities with current and future business needs across centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain leadership in manufacturing or engineered products.
• Proven success developing enterprise sourcing and category management strategies across multiple sites and units.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, long-term supply contracts, and supplier partnerships.
• Experience leading supplier performance improvement initiatives related to quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sourcing and category management strategies across direct and indirect spend.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and supplier agreements (MSAs, MOUs) with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain supplier risk management, quality systems, and supplier performance reviews.
• Drive supplier capacity planning, readiness, and supply continuity initiatives.
• Build supplier scorecards and executive reporting for IORs and leadership forums.
