Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technology tools, including CLM systems, e‑sourcing platforms, intake/workflow tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on procurement technology, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
- Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement activities for software, SaaS, cloud, and other technology categories.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define sourcing strategies, and support informed decision‑making.
- Partner with Legal to review and finalize contract terms, ensuring alignment with company policies, risk tolerance, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract and procurement data within sourcing systems, ensuring transparency and reliable reporting.
- Support the development and enhancement of procurement best practices.
- Contribute to category strategies and long‑term planning for technology sourcing.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer without restriction.

Additional Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technology sourcing, software licensing, SaaS, and cloud agreements.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and procurement technology tools, such as CLM systems, e sourcing platforms, intake/workflow tools, or analytics dashboards
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and optimizing procurement technology solutions.
- Proven experience negotiating complex technology contracts, including commercial terms, pricing models, and legal provisions.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across IT, Legal, Finance, and business teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting contract language, evaluating pricing models, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Experience with Oracle Procurement is a plus.
