Job summary

Skill is seeking a Global Sourcing professional to drive strategic initiatives for assigned categories and lead supplier development for new products. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and cost targets are met.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–3 years of progressive sourcing experience in manufacturing or retail environments, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 2–3 years in global sourcing preferred.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, quality control, and retail environments.
• Proven ability to analyze bids, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global sourcing initiatives for assigned categories.
• Lead new product development projects from concept to delivery.
• Identify and qualify high-quality suppliers to expand the network.
• Analyze bids and data to propose cost-saving sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers to optimize value and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sourcing impact.
• Monitor supplier performance on service, quality, and cost.
