Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within the service industry.
• Experience managing full sourcing lifecycle and end-to-end contract negotiations.
• Strong experience developing and managing RFP processes.
• Experience with supplier quality, performance management, and quality control processes.
• Knowledge of purchase order and invoice processing.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement projects from requirements gathering through supplier selection, contract execution, and implementation.
• Manage end-to-end contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, service levels, quality expectations, and supplier agreements.
• Develop, issue, and evaluate RFPs and other competitive sourcing initiatives.
• Conduct supplier and cost analysis to identify savings, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish sourcing requirements and manage project timelines.
• Address quality control issues, service concerns, and performance expectations with suppliers and internal teams.
• Process and oversee purchase orders, invoices, and related procurement documentation.
• Track supplier performance, contract compliance, project milestones, and sourcing metrics.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen procurement efficiency.
