Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven or more years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiating high‑value agreements.
• Experience in commercial real estate, facilities, or engineering services preferred.
• Experience with supplier risk, compliance, and performance management preferred.
• Strong communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
• Availability during normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement for operational services, engineering, and capital projects across a major office portfolio.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with portfolio priorities and financial objectives.
• Manage complex competitive procurement events: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and contract renewals.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Analyze supplier spend, market conditions, and contract expirations to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead supplier meetings, site visits, and bidder conferences; conduct negotiations.
• Prepare executive summaries, award recommendations, and bid‑waiver justifications for approvals.
• Draft and review contracts, amendments, and pricing schedules; oversee contract execution.
