Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing or supply chain experience in regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for precision components, raw materials, and finished assemblies.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with growth, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and performance monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align supplier capabilities with product development and production requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to achieve year-over-year cost improvements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through alternate sourcing strategies and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous supplier performance improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor spend, forecast demand, and inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies relevant to precision-engineered products.
