KLA is seeking a highly experienced engineering sourcing professional in the United States to lead rack architecture sourcing and supplier management for advanced rack infrastructure. You will partner with Central Engineering to define roadmaps, create cost-efficient sourcing strategies, and manage supplier performance in a global setting.

The role requires 8+ years in strategic sourcing, experience with NPI, and strong collaboration with engineering and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management in technical industries.
• Strong ability to operate across: engineering teams supplier ecosystems commercial negotiations.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and system-level sourcing.
• Demonstrated capability in: supplier strategy development cost and contract negotiations supplier performance management.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree and experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering and supply chain teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and influence stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Define rack architecture development and system roadmaps with Central Engineering.
• Own rack and system infrastructure sourcing strategy, including networking, power distribution, cooling, switches, and rack integration.
• Drive standardization and cost optimization across rack platforms and interconnects.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, and engagement for new product development and system evolution.
• Translate engineering requirements into clear sourcing strategies, RFQs, and supplier performance frameworks.
