Acloché LLC is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst in the Milwaukee area to lead sourcing for new product development and existing products.

You will develop and implement category and supplier strategies, drive cost reductions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and experience with master supplier agreements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in strategic sourcing and commodity management.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.
• Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understand timeline development and cost structures.
• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
