Job summary

YipitData is seeking an Associate Director for Solutions to lead a client-facing delivery team, turning proprietary data and infrastructure into tailored analytics and data products. You will scope, deliver, and scale engagements, partnering with Revenue and leadership to ensure client value and repeatable success.

This remote-friendly role can be based in NYC or any US hub, with NYC salaries as the standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years using alternative data to answer high-impact questions.
• 1–2 years of people leadership (or clear examples).
• Experience directly with end clients and uncover underlying needs.
• Experience and interest in leveraging AI to enhance ETL, data pipelines, and analytical workflows.
• Comfortable with SQL and Python; production-grade workflows experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Solutions client experience from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with Revenue to scope and grow engagements.
• Lead a delivery team of data/insights analysts.
• Deliver outputs across the YipitData data library and ongoing feeds.
• Build an operating system for Solutions (templates, playbooks, pipelines).
• Leverage AI to scale delivery and increase capacity.
• Create reusable AI-assisted solution kits and automation.
