Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Solutions Engineering, driving technical adoption of ADP across Apple-scale deployments. You will bridge customers and engineering, shaping architectures, onboarding, and production readiness for data, AI, and governance platforms.

You will mentor teams, influence platform evolution, and deliver scalable reference architectures, while communicating with senior stakeholders and aligning cross-organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems or AI/ML tech, including 5+ years in engineering management.
• Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, data and AI platforms.
• Experience architecting and productionizing large-scale data/ML/Generative AI workloads.
• Proven customer-facing experience and ability to engage with senior executives.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management across cross-functional orgs.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop senior technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineering to drive technical adoption of ADP across Apple-scale environments.
• Guide teams from requirements gathering to end-to-end architectures, onboarding, migration, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to identify platform gaps and drive platform evolution.
• Create reference architectures, automations, tooling, and reusable platform capabilities for scale.
