In this remote role, you will be instrumental in shaping next-generation automation solutions for order fulfillment and warehouse operations by leveraging the full breadth of the GreyOrange technology suite. You will play a key role in supporting our North American commercial teams, collaborating closely with customers, system integrators, 3PL partners, and internal teams across hardware, software, and product development. A strong background in data analytics, solution design, supply chain and warehouse operations, and experience within retail and eCommerce verticals is essential.Key Responsibilities:* Act as a subject matter expert in aligning customer operations and business needs with GreyOrange’s automation and software solutions* Lead site visits, discovery workshops, and customer-facing presentations throughout the pre-sales and solutioning process* Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solution Design, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to craft tailored, high-impact solutions* Prepare accurate and timely deliverables for sales pursuits, including data analysis, AutoCAD layouts, solution modeling, BOMs, and proposal materials* Collect and analyze customer data to inform solution design; translate data insights into clear visualizations to guide stakeholders* Apply MOST methodologies to create engineered labor standards and productivity targets based on GreyOrange technologies* Develop and deliver simulation models to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with customer KPIs* Use industry-specific knowledge to build compelling business cases and ROI models tailored to verticals such as retail, eCommerce, and grocery* Partner with Product Management and R&D to influence future solution offerings, tools, and technology roadmaps based on market feedback and customer needs* Represent GreyOrange at trade shows and industry events, providing thought leadership in key market verticalsMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field* 4–8 years of relevant experience in solution design, supply chain consulting, 3PL, industrial engineering, material handling, or warehouse automation* Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and presenting data-driven insights* Experience designing or optimizing warehouse operations and labor standards using MOST methodology* Skilled in 2D AutoCAD and familiar with warehouse storage and material handling systems* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills* Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly* Willingness to travel 30–40% based on business and project requirementsPreferred Qualifications:* Degree in Industrial Engineering; Master’s or MBA is a plus* Experience designing warehouse automation or mechanized fulfillment solutions* Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD and warehouse simulation tools* Background working with 3PL providers across solution design, operations, or business developmentEqual Opportunity Employer:Grey Orange Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
