Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our San Francisco pre-sales team. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and validate Coralogix in customer environments.

You’ll deploy, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, and cloud environments, earning credibility with engineers and executives while moving deals forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Hands-on ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Strong observability knowledge: logs, metrics, traces, dashboards and monitoring.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes.
• Ability to translate technical value to business impact for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery across customer architecture and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations tied to real use cases.
• Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support to incorporate field feedback.
• Explain architecture, differentiation, and value to technical and executive audiences.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and guide to technical close.
