GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of operational solutions across Solution Design, Implementation, and Operations.

You will evaluate facility layouts, staffing, automation, and risks while aiding site launches and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with the Operations team to ensure productivity and cost optimization, review KPIs and cost models, and provide on-site support during implementations and go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement expertise.
• Advanced analytical skills with data, processes, systems evaluation.
• Experience with KPIs, cost models, and risk assessment.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
• Lean Warehousing knowledge across warehouse processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Solutions Engineering to provide Operations input on productivity, layouts, staffing, and automation.
• Develop practical, executable solutions considering constraints and automation limits.
• Review KPIs, SLAs, requirements, cost models, and risks.
• Participate in Joint Planning Sessions with customers and Implementation teams.
• Support Operations training and User Acceptance Testing with ramp plans.
• Develop Production Readiness test cases and document results.
• Ensure KPI reporting is established and handoff to site Operations.
• Provide on-site support during implementation and site launches.
• Conduct Continuous Improvement analysis for cost savings and productivity.
• Develop business cases and lead CI projects; conduct root-cause analysis and pilots.
• Develop work instructions and update SOPs for consistency.
• Present analysis and project results to leadership and stakeholders.
