Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Solution Engineering Consultant to provide technical guidance and implementation to clients on the Intapp product suite. You will leverage SQL databases, ETL tools, and enterprise legal software to drive successful deployments and client satisfaction.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective integration designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical integrations, preferably with Intapp systems or legal software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL databases, ETL tools, and APIs (REST and SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical solutions to clients on Intapp products and related integrations.
• Develop and implement integrations and solution designs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the project team on consulting status.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting consulting success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive consulting team environment.
