Job summary

envelio Inc in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to shape the future of clean energy. You’ll sit at the intersection of utilities, product, and sales, guiding customers from onboarding through deployment and adoption.

You’ll own implementation projects end-to-end, bring expertise in power systems and grid planning, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into impactful roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in customer-facing or cross-functional environments.
• Strong expertise in power systems, grid planning, and utility operations.
• Familiarity with DERs, hosting capacity analysis, GIS or utility analytics platforms.
• Experience communicating with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation projects end-to-end from onboarding to deployment.
• Configure and optimize IGP using customer data for grid planning and DER use cases.
• Advise on grid planning, utility operations, interconnection workflows.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to define requirements.
• Drive rapid adoption and value realization in utility planning and operations.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmap input.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Mentor junior teammates and support best-practice development.
