Mozilla is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) to support Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work with Sales on strategic opportunities, lead technical discovery, and design deployment plans for complex, regulated environments.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in senior technical roles, deep enterprise security expertise, and strong English plus native German. You will collaborate across security, IAM, and infrastructure teams and contribute to reusable

Qualifications

7+ years in a senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
Deep knowledge of enterprise security, identity, and browser security.
Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to support enterprise opportunities across the DACH region.
Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners.
Run workshops with security, infrastructure, IAM, and workplace teams.
Own relationships with customer technical counterparts during/after sales.
Design pilots, proofs of concept, and deployment plans.
Advise on deployment models, architecture, and integration approaches.
Validate interoperability across SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxies, PKI, and policy frameworks.
Create reference architectures and deployment guidance for reuse.
Enable and support partners involved in deployments.
