Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Hands‑on experience supporting customers across global markets, especially North America.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer billing models and configure contracts, pricing, and invoicing accurately.
• Partner with Sales on live demos, sandbox setups, and RFP responses.
• Create customer‑specific solution documentation and onboarding references.
