Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to own the technical sale, scoping, requirements gathering and solution design for customer opportunities leveraging Paxos infrastructure products in the fintech space. You’ll lead engagements that bring digital asset brokerage, payments, and financial products to market in partnership with customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of Solutions or Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS/fintech/financial services.
Track record of closing strategic enterprise deals and hitting revenue targets.
Strong technical acumen with ability to understand API integrations.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Technical Sales: Provide expertise on the platform, develop technical champions at the customer, and position Paxos’ capabilities to support the value proposition in the commercial negotiation
Scoping: Qualify and scope the customer’s objective and design the solution
Product Feedback: Deliver qualified, prioritized and actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering
