Job summary

Chainlink Labs in the United States seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our blockchain products across the capital markets sector. You will design, build, and validate solutions with financial institutions, digital asset platforms, and market infrastructure providers, ensuring deployments meet live production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain tech including DeFi and digital assets.
• Hands-on experience with middleware, integration patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.
• Software engineering or solutions engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing or delivery role (solutions engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or field engineering).
• Proven experience building and deploying production or near-production blockchain applications on public or private networks.
• Proven track record delivering PoC or pilot engagements with enterprise customers.
• Experience working in or with capital markets, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance, audit, and risk.
• Solidity development: writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks.
• JavaScript/TypeScript/Go/Rust or C++ proficiency for off-chain components or tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful adoption of Chainlink products in capital markets by building relationships with key stakeholders and guiding the sales and implementation process.
• Contribute to the development of capital markets product strategy with market feedback and technical insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product improvements, bug fixes, and new features.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the capital markets landscape to position and promote Chainlink products.
