Ethos is seeking senior solutions engineers to help train the latest language model on professional presentation tasks. Fully remote, with a flexible schedule and ASAP start, this role offers 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).

You will translate complex technical solutions into executive‑ready slides, craft demo storyboards, architecture diagrams, RFP slides, and value exhibits, and continually refine AI‑generated decks across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Senior Solutions Engineer at a top technology company.
• Deep expertise in translating technical solutions into executive-ready slides.
• Expert-level PowerPoint craftsmanship and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training the language model on professional presentation tasks.
• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Translate complex solutions into executive-ready decks: technical solution decks, demo storyboards, architecture diagrams, POC results slides, RFP slides, and value exhibits.
