Job summary

Healthie in the United States is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working with prospects, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of Healthie’s platform.

In this hybrid role, you’ll guide customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and onboarding, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support to drive successful implementations and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficient with Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL.
• Familiar with Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• US work authorization is required; hybrid in NYC or LA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor during pre- and post-sales.
• Guide customers through solution design and API integrations.
• Assist with data migrations and system configurations for onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize product adoption.
