About The Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you\'ll serve as the trusted technical advisor on our largest and most complex engagements across MidMarket, Enterprise, and Health Systems. You’ll work closely with our prospects and customers to translate business goals into scalable AI workflows built on our platform and integrated with their healthcare systems. You\'ll also work closely with internal teams to help ensure seamless deployment and adoption. To be successful, you will need a strong understanding of patient access and engagement as well as technical depth in healthcare technology and AI. This is an ideal role for a technical builder (three years into a pre-sales or solutions engineering career) who\'s excited about healthcare and AI, and who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role reports to the Director of Solutions Engineering.

Location Preference: San Francisco or New York ideal, open to remote
