Responsibilities

• Bridge technical solutions and business needs, guiding customers to unlock Healthie's platform.
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales calls as a technical advisor.
• Design solutions, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to implement feedback.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize product adoption across customer environments.
• Explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
