Senior Engineer / Member of Technical Staff @ AI Healthcare Startup

You know how breakthrough gene therapies for cancer, Alzheimer's, and rare diseases exist but somehow never reach patients who desperately need them? My client is building AI that cuts through all the healthcare bureaucracy, insurance complications, and regulatory complexity that creates these barriers.
Their mission: Get life-changing treatments from lab to patient, faster.
You'd be joining as one of their founding engineers, working on:
- AI systems that make healthcare administration actually work smoothly
- Tools that help clinics deliver cutting-edge treatments more efficiently
- Direct collaboration with healthcare providers who are genuinely excited about the impact
- Full-stack development in a small, tight-knit team environment
Tech stack: TypeScript/JS, Python, React - but they value problem-solving skills and curiosity over perfect tech alignment.
