Summary

We seek a motivated Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with our Product Development organization in implementing impactful AI/ML solutions. This role is key in turning complex challenges into data-driven insights and innovative AI/ML applications. You will analyze workflows, collaborate with teams, and ensure solutions meet regulatory standards. A strong understanding of business needs and technical expertise in generative AI is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into comprehensive ML/AI solution designs using cloud-native technologies, primarily on AWS, with potential to work with GCP or Azure.
2. Evaluate and select appropriate LLMs and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
3. Design fine-tuning strategies, including data preprocessing and hyperparameter tuning.
4. Design intuitive self-service portals for ML/AI capabilities, gathering requirements and defining user workflows.
5. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver solutions.
6. Maintain documentation such as architecture diagrams and user guides.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship on AI/ML topics.
8. Develop reusable components and best practices.
9. Monitor and optimize ML/AI solution performance.
10. Stay updated with AI research and evaluate new technologies.
11. Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.

Required Skills

1. 5+ years as a Software Engineer focusing on AI/ML.
2. 3+ years building and deploying generative AI solutions with LLMs or similar techniques.
3. Deep knowledge of LLM architectures and fine-tuning.
4. Proficiency in prompt engineering.
5. Strong Python skills with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
7. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
8. Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL).
9. Understanding of data engineering principles.
10. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with specific LLMs like GPT-3, LaMDA, Llama 2.
2. Experience with vector databases and AI frameworks like Langchain or AutoGPT.
3. MLOps experience, cloud security, front-end development, containerization, certifications.
4. Prompt engineering for code generation.

Educational and Professional Requirements

1. Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI, or related; Master’s preferred.
2. 5+ years in coding projects related to cloud, AI/ML.
3. 3+ years working with AWS as a developer.
4. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms.
5. Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts.
