Job summary

GreyOrange seeks a Solutions Architect I to join our Solutions Engineering & Design team in a remote capacity. You will shape next-generation automation solutions for warehouse operations, collaborating with customers, integrators, partners, and internal teams across hardware, software, and product development.

A strong background in data analytics, solution design, supply chain, and warehouse operations across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in distribution center design or automation.
Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
Experience leading client-facing workshops and engagements.
Excellent verbal and written communication to senior stakeholders.
Industry knowledge in wholesale/retail/e-commerce domains.
Proficiency with WMS/WES/WCS and material handling concepts.
Able to travel 30–40% and manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Lead site visits, software demos, discovery workshops, and customer presentations.
Support design and implementation across the project lifecycle.
Align customer operations with GreyOrange solutions and ROI models.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
Create data analyses, AutoCAD layouts, BOMs, and proposal material.
Develop and deliver simulation models to validate solutions.
