Founded in 2012, GreyOrange is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices and partners across the Americas, Europe and Asia. For more information, visit www.greyorange.com.

Overview:

Exploding market demand. Superior, differentiated, high-value solutions. The intersection of both provides a lucrative opportunity for those smart enough to see it. Enter GreyOrange. We are driving the intersection of three key technologies that are shaping the future: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics. Our always-solving fulfillment orchestration platform, GreyMatter, optimizes real-time decisions involving inventory, order promises, people, and robots so distribution operations perform at peak efficiency and minimize costs. We serve the industry's largest companies in Retail, Consumer Package Goods, 3PL, and Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution, and will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding sales goals. We are always solving and helping our customers succeed.

You will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget resources in order to meet your assigned quotas for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales lifecycle for GreyMatter-driven solutions, from prospecting and qualification to solution validation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure using a structured sales methodology.
  • Drive new logo acquisition (hunter motion) within large retail, e-commerce, and supply chain enterprises, while expanding existing strategic accounts.
  • Position GreyMatter as the intelligent orchestration layer for warehouse automation, articulating its value in real-time decisioning, inventory optimization, and multi-system coordination.
  • Build and execute account strategies aligned to customer supply chain transformation initiatives, including WMS modernization, robotics integration, and fulfillment optimization.
  • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders (COO, CIO, Supply Chain Heads) by mapping business pain points to measurable ROI (throughput, cost reduction, SLA improvements).
  • Lead consultative selling motions that combine SaaS (GreyMatter) + hardware/robotics solutions, ensuring cohesive solution storytelling and differentiation.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and business cases that clearly communicate GreyMatter's AI/ML-driven capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring visibility and predictability of revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution engineering, product, and delivery teams to design and validate tailored customer solutions.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, structuring deals that balance customer value with long-term profitability.
  • Travel as required to engage customers, support deal progression, and strengthen executive relationships.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in retail, e-commerce, warehousing, or supply chain technology.
  • Proven hunter mindset with consistent success in new business acquisition and large deal closures.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations, WMS, automation, and fulfillment ecosystems; exposure to robotics is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience selling SaaS platforms (preferably AI/analytics-driven), ideally combined with hardware or automation solutions.
  • Strong ability to sell complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value transformation deals across global or multinational accounts
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer challenges into scalable, technology-led solutions.
  • High sense of urgency and ownership, with disciplined execution of sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience managing global projects and navigating cross-cultural customer environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced business or technical qualifications are a plus
