The Senior Solution Consultant supports the Adaptive Manufacturing Process Team and sales staff to perform consulting services and presales/post sales activities. This role leverages knowledge and technical expertise within the Adaptive Manufacturing Process team, our software partners, and industry best practices to assist in the software sales process for the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Digital Manufacturing and the Operations Engineering solutions from Dassault Systemes including Digital Manufacturing, Diota, Ortems and Apriso.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Digital Manufacturing simulation roles, and able to perform services and customer facing demonstrations using these roles
• Pass 3DEXPERINCE DELMIA and other Dassault Brand/Industry Certifications related to your responsibilities as assigned by your team leader
• Communicate simulation results to internal team and external clients
• Manage the execution of services projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and budget
• Proactively learn and continually develop skills with our software solutions to better provide services to our clients.
• Actively participate in Adaptive, TriMech and Dassault Systèmes events, tradeshows, and seminars as required.
• Support the creation of technical content to be used to win customer and/or maintain customer productivity/satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing engineering field, either supporting sales or existing customers
• Education: B.S or M.S. in an engineering discipline or equivalent job experience
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, doing what it takes to get the job done
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Delmia Solutions (mandatory)
• Factory Flow Simulation, Plant Layout Design, Process Planner, Work Instructions Author, Diota Editor and Player, Ortems Manufacturing Planner and Production Scheduler.
• Knowledge of statistics and computer programming (python, Visual Basic, C++, or similar)
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• 1-3 years of Mechanical CAD experience (SOLIDWORKS or CATIA preferred)
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to learn new software product skills and use them for consulting or technical sales activities
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, results focused environment
• Ability to travel on a frequent/as needed basis within the assigned territories
