Position Summary
**This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity for qualified candidates**
The Sales Strategy Consultant - Enterprise Accounts will develop and execute effective sales strategies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Lead to exceed National Account business development goals and objectives.
Fundamental Components:
Support a multi-year sales process as a strategic business partner to Regional Sales Lead. Develop and maintain a multi-year pipeline and robust strategy to optimize the positioning of Aetna's products and services to exceed National Account growth objectives.
This role supports the Regional Sales Lead in executing a proactive sales strategy by serving as a strategic business partner to both internal and external constituents (peers, producers, prospects). Specific responsibilities will be to assess the competitive environment and collaborate to define and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, maintain and update prospect specific pipeline and strategy, support prospecting and target marketing strategies, and the execution of Aetna's response to a RFP including defining strategy, qualitative and quantitative responses, finalist preparation, and participation in finalist. The role will also support administrative requirements for collaboration with these partners including CRM entry, reporting, form submissions, and analysis of key components of qualitative and quantitative dynamics of region and targeted prospective clients.
