Job summary

Altria is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture - Supply Chain Planning in Richmond, VA. You will lead architecture for planning and distribution platforms, guide SAP integrations, and drive enterprise standards in a federated EA model.

You will own high-level designs, vendor evaluations, and integration patterns, while partnering with delivery teams to optimize demand planning, inventory, and logistics across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years IT experience including 5+ years as solution/technical architect.
• Hands-on experience architecting supply chain planning platforms and platform selection.
• Strong knowledge of TMS, logistics integration, and SAP integration.
• Experience with S&OP, demand sensing, inventory optimization, and network optimization.
• Azure cloud experience and API-led integration design.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for plan-to-deliver supply chain platforms and platform selection.
• Design transportation, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and returns capabilities.
• Architect integrations between platforms, SAP, inventory systems, suppliers, and CMOs.
• Develop integrated sales and operations planning and demand forecasting capabilities.
• Own high-level designs and cross-platform integration patterns across architecture lifecycle.
• Direct vendor evaluations, POCs, and solution assessments against enterprise standards.
• Define non-functional requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
